The press is used for all types of durable and semi-durable products and is intended primarily for sliced products, bacon, loins-bacon and ham. The press moulds were chemically polished and also passivation that protects stainless steel for 10 years. The press is ergonomically adapted, and handling it is very simple. The standard length of the mould is 500mm, but the dimensions and shapes of the mould can be very diverse.
